Site one will be home to a new 95-room Tapestry Hotel by Hilton, positioned directly above the forthcoming Performing Arts Center. This Tapestry by Hilton establishment will offer 95 guest rooms, including seven suites, alongside a ground-floor bar and restaurant, and a rooftop bar and lounge. Construction for both the Performing Arts Center and the hotel is projected to commence in Fall 2024, with an anticipated completion by Fall 2026.
