Rhonda Singer

Rhonda joins Fairmount Properties as a Development Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in the commercial and residential construction and design industries. Throughout her career she has managed the design and construction process for multi-million dollar mixed-use, student housing, and multi-family housing projects throughout the United States, including the $90M Beacon project, the first high rise in Cleveland’s Central Business District in more than 30 years. 

Rhonda is responsible for managing the design, construction, FFE, and operational transition of new and current development projects for Fairmount.

Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from Ursuline College. Rhonda is also a nationally accredited Interior Designer having passed the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) exam and is OSHA 30 certified.
