This facility is set to play a crucial role in transforming The Village into a premier, multigenerational district focused on arts, culture, entertainment, and innovation. The development will also include a boutique hotel and a diverse array of amenities, such as dining, retail, service, residential, and communal spaces. With an annual schedule of over 160 performances, the center is expected to draw more than 35,000 visitors each year, greatly enhancing The Village’s vibrancy and appeal. This initiative is designed to create a lively, engaging environment that nurtures cultural enrichment and fosters community connection.
