Heidi Yanok is a seasoned Asset Management Professional with over 20 years of experience in managing high-volume, super-regional shopping centers, and new mixed-use retail developments. A proud graduate of Kent State University, Heidi has a proven track record of success in her field. Before joining Pinecrest in April 2024, she served as the Senior General Manager for Brookfield Properties in Beachwood. From 2002 to 2015, she excelled as the Senior Marketing Manager over several properties. Notably, Heidi played a pivotal role in developing and leading a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Flats East Bank, a $750 million waterfront development in downtown Cleveland, in collaboration with Fairmount Properties from 2015 to 2019. In her free time, Heidi enjoys spending quality moments with her three kids, traveling, and indulging in her passion for shopping.
