Site Five, located between North and Gilbert Streets, will become Village South, a new for-sale residential community offering a range of housing options, including for-sale townhomes and detached patio villas with private yards. This project aims to address various housing needs by providing new for-sale residential options to accommodate different homebuyer preferences and price points. Dill Street has been partially vacated to create a centralized green space nestled in the heart of Village South. The community is designed to deliver high-quality residential units within a thoughtfully planned environment, enhancing the local area with modern and appealing housing choices. Site work will commence in Spring 2025 and the first new homes will be delivered in Spring 2026.
