Dave Miklos has been the Controller at Fairmount Properties for the past six years, bringing over 25 years of financial management experience in commercial real estate development companies to the team. He holds a degree from Baldwin Wallace College and an MBA from Cleveland State University. Dave is known for his expertise and meticulous attention to detail in managing financial operations. Outside of work, he enjoys watching baseball, traveling with his family, and exercising with his dog, Ranger.
