Daniel is Fairmount Properties’ Director of Finance, overseeing underwriting for asset acquisitions and leading strategic initiatives to secure financing for real estate projects. He collaborates with project stakeholders across the organization to analyze development projects and investment opportunities. With a background spanning engineering, construction, and acquisitions, Daniel has honed his expertise in evaluating development projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado and a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from New York University.
