Fairmount Properties, in collaboration with University Circle Inc. and Case Western Reserve University, spearheaded the comprehensive renovation and re-merchandising of the University East building. Completed in Spring 2004, this revitalized development blends retail and residential spaces, specifically tailored to the needs of graduate students and young professionals. The project introduced a diverse array of specialty tenants and new dining options, all featuring outdoor seating, enhancing the vibrancy and accessibility of the area right at the entrance of the Case campus.
