Brice has fifteen years of Domestic and International Mixed-Use design and Urban Planning experience throughout the United States, China, North Africa, and the Middle East. Originally from the Midwest, Brice has spent the first part of his career working for Callison Architecture in Seattle Washington and abroad in the United Arab Emirates. Throughout his career, Brice has played a key role in multiple internationally recognized projects representing over 18 billion dollars of real estate development. Brice holds a Masters Degree in Architecture and oversees all aspects of design and construction for Fairmount Properties. Please see project resume below.
