ADAM BRANSCOMB
VICE PRESIDENT, NEW DEVELOPMENT
As Fairmount’s Manager of New Projects, Adam is responsible for managing the pursuit and pre-development of the firm’s new university-anchored mixed-use development initiatives. His responsibilities include planning, organizing, securing and managing resources both internal and external to bring about the successful completion of project goals and objectives while maintaining a constant focus on developing collaborations with public and private partners. He is also responsible for generating the company’s responses to RFP’s as well as supporting the due diligence and pre-development process for new project opportunities that fit the development and acquisition criteria of the firm. A native of Epping, NH, Adam holds a BA from Stonehill College (2000) and an MBA from Kent State University (2007).
